Shipping Information

All products in our store are handcrafted, fully finished, and ready to be shipped.
We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders.

For European countries:
Import duties and customs fees may apply upon arrival. Buyers are responsible for checking local customs regulations in their country.

For the United States:
Orders valued up to $800 USD are duty-free. For orders over $800 USD, import duties may apply.

If you find an item you love but wish to customize it (for example, change a rune or symbol), please contact me — I’ll gladly create a personalized version according to your wishes.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Ukrposhta, our national postal service.
Estimated average delivery times:

Europe: 8–14 days
North America: 10 –21 days
Canada: around 3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, Oceania: 3–5 weeks
Other countries: approximately 3–4 weeks

Please note: buyers are responsible for all customs, VAT, and local taxes in their country.

Returns and Exchanges

You may cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product if:

The item is unused and undamaged.
It is returned in its original packaging.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with me — I’ll do my best to find a solution.

Please note:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
